Fiona undertakes all aspects of family work for married couples, registered civil partners and cohabiting couples. Specialisms include international divorce/dissolution cases, cross border disputes, substantive financial claims following breakdown of relationship, removal of children from the jurisdiction and child abduction.
She is a member of the Lord Chancellors' Abduction Panel and a part time Deputy District Judge. Fiona is a Resolution trained mediator and collaborative family lawyer.
She studied business law at London Guildhall University and is a Partner in the Family Law department at Russell-Cooke. Fiona is a member of Resolution, UK College of Mediators, Association of Women Solicitors and the Law Society Family Law Panel.
