I practice the full spectrum of family law, particularly dealing with financial and children related matters arising on relationship breakdown.
As both a Mediator and Collaborative Family Lawyer, I have an active and growing alternative dispute resolution practice. I also have particular expertise in matters involving either cohabitating couples or civil partnerships.
Many of the matters in which I am retained involve complex financial issues, particularly trust related, and often having an international element. I practice as part of the Family Team at Campbell Hooper Solicitors LLP, which is a leading firm, founded in 1754, and based in Westminster, London.
I am a member of Resolution and the Lesbian and Gay Lawyers Association (and sit on the Family Law Working Party).
