Rachel has extensive experience in all aspects of family law including complex matrimonial finances (often with an international element), private law children matters and pre-nuptial & separation agreements.
Rachel is also known for her work relating to Civil Partnerships. She is also a collaborative lawyer and enjoys a growing practice in this area.
Rachel is known for taking a constructive approach in order to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Rachel is a member of Resolution and is on the Committee for the Lesbian and Gay Lawyers Association.
Rachel graduated in law from Brunel University in 1999 and on qualification in 2002 joined Osbornes where she became an Associate in 2007. She joined Dawsons in July 2008.
